Dear Dr. Allen:

I have been communicating with your publicity department
regarding certain material which we need in Chicago for our
publicity campaign. I would appreciate your assistance in this
matter.

We would like to have as many pictures as possible as quickly
as possible as we are planning a Sunday rotogravure lay-out. We
are particularly interested in a picture of your captain and also
interested in action shots.

In addition to pictures, we need publicity material regarding
your team and if possible the team roster.

For your convenience we have made arrangements to constitute
the Allerton Hotel here in Chicago as the basketball te adquarters.
The hotel has arranged a special rate of $1.50 per boy, two boys in
a room, private bath, etc. and the coach and trainer will be supplied
with a very lovely suite free of charge. 1 would suggest that if
you have no other hotel in mind that you contact the Allerton Hotel
and arrange for your reservations.

As usual, the HOME TEAM WILL WEAR WHITE, so in sending your
_ poster, please include therein the color of the uniform you will wear
together with the numbers of the players, etc.
