Delivery. All medals, charms and pins are made to order by highly skilled jewelry craftsmen and
require from ONE to THREE weeks for delivery. Such special made items cannot be returned.

Raised Lettering. If the same lettering is to be used on the front of several medals of the same
design, it is economical to make a raised lettering die and thus wes hand engraving. All dies are
kept on file for future use.

Event Plaques. All event plaques shown on the event plaque page are for use on the various medal,
charm and pin designs shown. Only major track events are available in other shape plaques.

Ribbons. Heavy grosgrain ribbons with bar pin attachment are furnished with all All-American,
Universal Series and Individual medals except as otherwise specified. No ribbons are included in price
of Economy Series medals, balls, charms, keys, etc. Presentation boxes with all awards.

Stamping. Gold, Silver and Bronze customarily indicate FIRST, SECOND and THIRD places with
Blue, Red and White ribbons respectively, therefore “Place” stamping is unnecessary. YEAR and
EVENT, where necessary, are stamped on the back of medals without charge.
