Dear Dr. Alien;

Mre Mandeville learned oarly last week that we received
some basketball “seconds” shoes from the factory and asked that we
hold some for you, These are the converse "All-Star "black shoes
and we have held three size 8, three size 84, three size 9 and three
size 10 for you if you can use them.

When Mr. Manderville was there recently he had information
regarding the shoes that we had on hand which included only a few sizes.
That is the reason he told you we did not have some sizes. In make
ing a new supply at the factory some “seconds” were available which
we received and that is the outfit fromvhich we held shoes for you.

Can you use the sizes mentioned? A few more in some other
sizes are available now so if you need other sizes you might let us
know. Will you please write and send a requisition immediately if
you want these shoes shipped?

There is a chance that some more of the white shoes will
be available and Mr. Mandeville asked that we hold about the same
sizes in the these if we receive them.
