Dear Doctor;

I just checked up on orders which have been shipped
to the University of Kensas and I find that on Sept. 24th
we received a purchase order #69874 from Mre JeAeMermis,
State Business Manager, for two of our #F106 Footballs; one
#571 Bag; one #4307 Horn; one #4366 Timer and twelve day32
Gauze Bandages.

In checking the order I find it specified that
shipment was to be made to the Department of Education;
however, our order was written incorrectly and shipment was
made to the Department of Physical Education.

We presume the package which you received contained
these various items and we will appreciate it if you will see
that this package reaches its correct destinatione If we
should change our billing on this or transfer the charge
Which has been made to the Physical Education Corporation,
please let us knows
