fine work as our director in this summer's recreation
activities,

I greatly appreciate the general coordination you
brought about in all of the various phases of the pro-
gram—your good te your enthusiasm, and your hard

wert :

I feel that the art program on the playground FES
handled by the teachers splendidiy. The advantage of

' having our own teachers doing that work is great, because

of their management of the classes and their ability to co-

ordinate the program of art during both summer and

winter, This can best be done yy someone working

in both seasonal programs,
