parents shall be responsible for the jurior members’ con-
duct and indebtedness te the Slub.

Junior membership shall terminate when the men-
ber becomes twenty-one years of age: after which such men-
ber may be granted the privileges of the Club until such
member is twenty-three years of age, by payine one~half
of the dues of a regular nember, 7 .

Wen such a member becomes twenty-three years
old he may within one year thereafter, upon application
duly accepted as hereinbefore provided, become a regular
or associate member, i oo

Section 2f. Minor children of members under
the age of ten must be accorpanied by a member when
visiting the Club house or srounds, If such minors de-
sire the privileges of junior membershir, their aga and
fame must be registered with the secretary at the re«-
quest of their parents.

7 Section 2g. A widowed mobher of an unmarried
member shall have the privileges of the Club. Unmarried
members may also invite a guest of opposite sex to the
Club social funetions at any time, aoe

section 2h. Any member, excert junior members

of the Club to exceed twice in one year,

section 21. Upon the written request of a mem-
ber to the secretary a non-resident guest may be granted
the privileges of the Club for a period of two weeks. An
extension of one week's time may be granted to such a
guest with the consent of the Board of Directors,

Section 2j. Carcidates for full membership. of
the Club shall be proposed by three regular members and
voted upon by the Board of Directors. The nane of every
candidate, his oeeupation, and place cf busiress, with the
rare of his prozosers, Shall be posted in a conspicuous
place in ono cf the rooms of the Club for at least two
weeks before the ballot for his election shall be cast.

A vajority of the entire Board of Direetors shall be nec-
essary for the election. :
