ARTICLE VI
Dues

Section 1, Each regular member and class 2 non-
resident merber shall pay the sum of $45.00 per annum in
dues, payable in twelve monthly installments due the first
of each month in advance. One-ninth of all such dues col-
lected shall be placed in a special fund to be expended
solely for the purpose of retiring the oe indebtedness
of the Club.

Section 2. Dues of the associate members shall
be $25.00 per rear, and shall be paid quarterly in advance, ©

Section 3. The dues for social members and class 1
non-resident members shall be $30.00 per year, payable in
twelve monthly installrents, due the first of each month in
advance. cCne sixth of all such dues collected shall be
piaced in a special fund to be expended solely for the pur-
pose of retiring the ortgage indebtedness of the Club.

when and so long as the number of social member
ships exceeds fifty the annual fees will be reduced to $25.00
per year, payable in twelve monthly installments due the
first of cach month in advance, One fifth of all such dues
ecllected shall be placed in a special fund to be expended
solely for the purpose of retiring the mortgage indebtedness
of the Club.

ARTICLE VII
Ane ndments

These by-laws may be altered cor amended at any
regular or special meeting of the stockholders by a majority
of those present. Ten days written notice shall be given
stating the purpose of the meeting and the proposed changes.

ARTICLE VIII
Standing Committees
Section 1. The standing comrittees shall be;
(a) Greens committee
(b) House committee
(c) Entertainment cormittee

d) Handicap and tournanent committee
e) Membership committee
