Each of these committees shall submit to the Board of Direc-
tors annually in advance, a budget covering all anticipated
expenses and operations for their various committees for

the ensuing year, by quarters; said budget shall be subnitted
to the Board of Directors on or before the first day of
sover:ber of each year, pa

: Section &... The Greens committee shall have charge
or:

(a) All of the grounds owned by the Club.

(b) All putting creens, fairways and driveways.

(c) All buildings on Club grounds except the
Club house, proper.

(a) All employees except those employed ex-
clusively in the Club house proper.

Section ©a. The handicap and tournament conmittee
Shall have charge of the handicapping and the arrancement of
golf matches end tournaments. The committee shall make
local ground rules for the government of golf play. ‘They
shall also have printed necessary rules and score cards,

Section 2b. The house committee shall have charge
and management of the Club house throughout. It shall be
the duty of the house committee to employ and dismiss all
house employees, ‘vith the advice and subject to the approval
of the Board of Directors. To regulate the nrices of reals
and anything sold in the Club house. To report all infrac-
tions of the Club rules and to be responsible for the enforce-~
nent of the by-laws relating to guests. They shall make and
enforce house rules.

Section 2c, The entertainment committee shall have
charge of all entertainments for the benefit of the Club
neribers,

Section 4d. It shall be the duty of the membership
committee to solicit members of the Club and to maintain the
Club membership. lo new members shall be elected to membeor-
Ship in the Club unless first approved by the membership
committee,

Section 2e. No expenditures shall be made, con-
tracts entered into, or debts incurred by any of the fore-
going committees, except those included in their budget as
above provided for, or under special authority of the Board
given in regular or special meeting and no such authority
shall be granted without the unanimous consent of all Board
members present.
