My dear Governor Talmadge:

I wish to call your attention to the fact that
in your State you have a concern making a foot correction
device, which our Department has been using successfully
for the past two yearge I am of the opinion that this
should be brought to the attention of the proser authorities
of the United States Army for use in training new recruits

I would gladly call this device to the attention ef
the Army myself, but since the machine is being made in your
State it would be an easy matter to cause a further investie
gation into its meritse ‘the results of such an investigation
could be passed on to Washington if the same proved satisfactorye

This device is being manufactured by the Lang Foot
& Arch Normalizer Coe, of Forsyth,

This is being called to your attention in the spirit
of “giving credit where credit is dues"
