Dear Doetor Allen:

The Governor has just received your letter
and has caused his Medical Consultant to make an
inquiry into the matter.

It seems that.I must have left out a short |
sentence in the letter which you sent to me for the
Governor, therefore, would you be kind enough to en-
close in a letter to me a new letter to the Governor
as per the enclosed copy, which I believe makes the

| correction. You might note that the other letter
omitted to give the company's name and address of the
maker.

Please accept “ thanks for your kindness in
this matter.
