Dear Doctors:

We have just been advised by the shoe factory that the shoes
sent in by you - one pair of No. B55 - for resoling are
beyond repair.

We had no one here who could do this work, so we sent them
direct to the manufacturer who made the shoe, and they are the

ones who have advised us that the shoes cannot be repaired.
However, we have asked them to return the shoes to you, and
we sincerely regret our inability to serve you in this instance.
