was gratifying to receive.

You have been most cooperative in enabling
me to sift out and make a careful analysis of the
basketball coaching personnel of this Country.

In my closing paragraph to you I will say
that when I started this job, I placed you and "Piggie"
Lambert as the two veterans of the age who have in-
stalled systems and developed coaches that take
positions No.l and No.2 in this Country -- so, in pay-
ing the price for being successful and prominent you
sometimes find your desk loaded with letters.
