Dear Mr. Lane:

I have written to my brother at Preston, Mo.,
and some time soon he will drive down and look over
the place for me. I have been wanting to do that,
thing for a couple of years, but have been so busy
here at the University that the wepreey has not
mmm given me.

I would be glad for you to make an offer, one
which you think will be fair to you and to me, = you
to fix the fence and to have the exclusive oe of
pasturing for four months or more.
