It was @ pleasure to hear from you and to know
that you and Mra. Layton are enjoying life. Thanks for
your compliments on our basketball team. Uncle Sam

called the boys for service at the close of our season,
but we were fortummte to have them as long as we did.

The Kansas Relays are being discontinued for
the duration of the war, but the Interscholastic Track
Meet for the high schools of Kansas will be held in
Renertal Stadium trea. April 17th.
