where you are giving us Wichitans a big break
and are going to bring your boys to our fair
city in an endeavor to break down the Shockers’
morale for the remainder of the season,

Dr. Allen, I would certainly appreciate the
opportunity to call this ball game for you.

It seems that a person has to have the reconm-
mendation of someone like you before he can
break into the big-time games, and I would
like to show you that I am a capable official.
