I am sorry that I heve deleyed answering your good letter
of the 17th instant. It happens thet I have been out of toxn much
of late.

I believe thet it would be such better if I would have the
life mask of Pre Naismith photographed. Would it be better for me
to see the photographer and see whet price he would charge, end send
vou a statement of the expenses before it is done? I imegine thet
you have a budget to work with, but being prudent, I thought it
would be best to sske
