Dear Henrys

When I got a phone call from Jack Copeland asking me to cone :
to Wiehita on the 13th I was just ready to answer your letters I found
that my week's sched le was such that I could not make it this wee

and I was trying to find a date when I cold comes

Jack implored that I case dow for some radio talk and I finally
consentede i will leave here at 12:58 on the Rock Island and get into
Wichita about 5:00 or a little afters I was afraid that would be late
for Jack's radio messages but he thought note Won't you tell me what
the oceasion is on the radios I will plan to see you if possible soon
after I gét into “ichitag so that we can settle up on all matters,

I am glad that everyone in Wichita enjoyed the games It must |
have been a spectacular game fron all eccowmts, bul you mow ea coach
camiot pass on those thingss 7

Our Freshmen really gave our Varsity a buggy ride last ni ght
and Hngleman went out with a bruised imees We played 17 minutes without
him and the boys did fairly well, considering the size ard aggressiveness
of the Freshmene :
