Dear Dre Allen:

I will have to admit that Kansas did play no small
part in the finals of the N. Ce. Ae Ae basket ball tournament
here last year along with Indiana University and that San
Diego State played in some other "foreign" tournament that is
repeating itself here again this week. However, I probably
should have beaten you to calling attention to the mistake
on our part.

Fortunately, this error appeared in only a relatively
small number of this entire issue for the error was corrected.
Nevertheless, you have my humble apology for the unexplainable
oversight, which I assure you was not intentional.

Incidentally, what do you think of the idea of the
basket ball foul board which was mentioned in this edition of
THE COACH? We do not handle one but have had some inquiries
about it since this article appeared.
