Dear Dr. Allens

Thank you very kindly for your letter together with the copy
of your book entitled “Better Basketball". I shall enjoy
reading it and I know Jack can spend some of his time very
profitably looking into it.

I have never been to Missouri to look at the institution
and I hope to go there the first part of next week. After
that, Jack and I will reach some sort of a decision about
what he is going to do next year.

I enjoyed visiting with you the other day and I hope, regard-

less of where Jack may go to school, that we may have an
opportunity to again sit down sometime and discuss people

whom we both knowe
