Chuck Taylor has requested that I drop you a line to see
if it would be possible for us to secure the rule changes
for the 1939-40 basketball season so that we may in-
corporate these in the forthcoming issue of the Yearbook.
We would very much like to include these, as we have
found in the past that the publication of these changes
is very helpful to readers of the Yearbook.

If it is possible for you to cooperate in this matter, we
will greatly appreciate it. If there is any expense in-
volved in securing this write-up, we would be only too
pleased to make the necessary reimbursement.
