Dear "Phog"

Thank you for your letter of yesterday, and will say
that one of our men is conducting the Goal-Hi Tournament at
the Police Sports Show, so in talking to him he tells me
that the entries close today.

He is not sure just how many entries he will have, but
says that he knows he is sure of seven, and there will probably
be more. He is going to put you in, thereby saving a oe for
a Taner in case you do’organize one to COME «

Now in the event that you give it up, just drop me a note and
I will pass the information along to Shikles, and naturally he
would like to have this information not later than Monday.

Another thing Mr. Shikles asked me to request of you, and
that is if you could be here to present the trophy to the winners
of the Goal-Hi Tournament the final evening. I don't think that
he knows right now just what evening this will be - that is,
whether Saturday evening or Sunday evening. He would like very
much to have: you do this. What do you say?
