bere Ce He Linden, DeSoto, Kansase Deay Mrs Lindens It is still a bit early to tell how Charles and Gene are gceing to come out with their grades for the semester, and I would hesitate to advise you regarding their continuing in school next senester. At mid-semester the grades for both of the boys looked rather bade : I believe that if a fellow feils in his school work there is alweys a question as t whether he should continue or mote Sonetimes a boy miles a bad record in the first semester because he is going through & period of adjustment from high school to college, and ho snaps out of it the second semester. Sut if Charles and Gene are consistently low in their grades I am just not sure how I think it will be best to wit wmtil their grades for the senester are determined before deciding wnt to do next semeter. I am sorry I did not get to see you when you ealled at my office recently, and trust that the next time es Very sincerely yours, Mrector of Physical Education and Recreation, FCA s AH Varsity Basketball Conche
