Dear Dr. Allen,

At your suggestion I have taken the liberty to write
you concerning the condition of my knee.

The days I have been home my knee has felt exceptionally
well. But Memorial Day I went swimming for a little while
and just as I was about to get out my flutter kick got the
best of me.

I have don¢econsiderable running and exercise at your
Suggestion. My leg feels all right except for a tingling
in the knee when pressure is applied.

While in Lawrence, you told me that you would be in
Salina, June 6. If you would.call me and let me know where
I can meet you at your convience, or if it is convient at
all, I will be only to glad to do so.

I would like to know if you think it is still in place
and what the reactions weree :
