Att: Royalty Adjustment Board, asking for receipt of infor- —
- mation with respect to royalties paid and received by me
which are charged or chargeable directly or indirectly to the
government. Accordingly, they have requested me to complete
and return the inclosed form.

I am sending this to you, asking that you kindly
fill out the royalties amount in which your firm has sold |
to the government and paid me in full. I will appreciate
this service as I desire my report to agree with your Cor-
