I congradulate you both and hope that you have

-a long and successful administration. I saw what

young Bill White had to say regarding the color
situation. I also congradulate you, Sir, on having
the nerve of your conviction. Some of our friends

have their civil and social rights mixed up slightly.

I cherish-the thoughts of our conversation when I
was on the official visit to Mmporia.
