Subject: Royalties Chargeable to the
United States Government

Gentlemen:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Royalty Adjustment Act (Public
Law 768, 77th Congress), a copy of which is inclosed, this office is
required toconsider the reasonableness of royalties charged or charge-
able to the Government.

In order to administer the Act, it is necessary to have infor-
mation with respect to royalties paid and received by you which are

 

 

 

 

 

charged or chargeable, directly or indirectly, to the Government. .

Accordingly, you are requested promptly to complete and return the
inclosed form.

If you have received a similar inguiry from any other department
or agency of the Government within the last twelve months it will be
satisfactory if you forward a copy of your reply thereto, or if you
do not have a copy please advise this office the name and address of
the person to whom you sent your reply.
