2. No person with less than four years of advanced training is
employed for any position.

3, The minimum salary for teacher with A.B. degree, but without
experience, is $1500; for M. A. degree, $1600.

4, For each year of successful experience in another system
$30 is added to the minimum. To illustrate: A teacher with ten years
experience starts at $1800 in this system.

5. Maximum salary - $2500 for class room teacher.

6. The length of the school term is 38 weeks with the actual
days of teaching ranging from 180 to 164. The school year begins
September lst.

7. Sick leave without loss of pay is 5 days per year but is
cumulative up to 21 days.

8. Complete medical examinations are provided for at the expense
of the school.

9, Sabbatical leave is provided under which the teacher receives
at least 25% of his salary while awey.

10. A teacher always receives the difference between cost of a
substitute and his own salary even after she has usod up her sick
leave.

ll, Accident insurance covering on-duty service is carried for
all teachers.
