Osteber 15, 1945. Mr. J. Banashek, Secretary Fred Medart Manufacturing Oo., St. Louis, Missouri. Dear Mr. Banashek: I em writing you regarding Goal-Hi. Im many of the vertising spaces for Goal-Hi, in Lewe & Campbell's catalog, the R. S. Slliott Arms catalog, I note a lack cf emphasis on rules. In the Lowe & Campbell booklet it states that the Goal- Hi rules ere fer sale for $1.00 and given free with each Goal- standard purchased. But if sold separately they sell for $1.00. Ee S i I do net know how to get this across, but I believe more of an emphasis should be placed on the rules. Here is the reason I em making the point. lie have a lot ef chief specialists here with our Naval unit. None of them seem to know much about te the enclesed rules to see that the proper people get then. I am opening up this point, trusting that you can enlighten me as are distributed and emphasized. I trust. g | : E Very cordially yours, aa : Directer of Physical Bducation, PCA AH Varsity Basketball Coach.
