Dear Phogs

It was indeed a pleasure for me to get an opportunity
to see the football game at Lawrence and run into so many of
my good friends from the University days. I am sorry that I
couldn't have been to see the Nebraska game Saturday, as it
must have been a good one.

Both my wife and I are very much interested in seeing
your basketball team play this fall, and I wish you would
have Mr. Falkenstien send me two tickets for each of the
games that is being played in Kansas City and I will gladly
remit you whatever the price is, or if that is not possible,
drop me a note as to how much it is and I will send you a
check. I hope to get to see some of the conference games
at Lawrence. We will have to withhold purchasing any ticket
for them now, however. |

I am certainly wishing you and your team lots of luck in
the coming season. I expect and hope to see you in the
National finals here in March. If you have occasion to be
in Kansas City, come up by the office and we will be glad to
see you.
