Dear Doc:

I have your letter of December 10th and have changed the
wording relative to Bask-O-Lite goals to read that we have
endorsed the use of Bask-O-Lite goals in the Big Six, with a
notation that the home team would install regular goals if the
visiting team prefers then.

We have gone ahead and ordered a set of Bask-O-Lite goals

here at Ames. Just heard from Frank Root in which he is not in

‘ favor of Bask-O-Lite goals. He states: "I do not care for them
and will not install them unless the group voted to do so through-
out the Conference." Do you think it would be well, inasmuch
as all the others have now secured this type of goal that he be
urged to also install them? Will you write him and let me know
his decision. I will also write him.
