Dear Larry:

We are returning to you a package which I
presume contains copies of your reprints. It has not
been opened, and we are returning it just as we received
it.

As I wrote previously, after you were
called into the service we cancelled the order for the
reprints as we no longer had a reason te purchase them.
They are of, no value to the department and we do not
feel under obligation to accept them. The publishers,
as well as the Business Office, were notified of this
cancellation. 3
