He was a star football and basketball player, and an ee en ee ee epee ah et ee eee ty with great achievement. Paul Masoner was dependable, intelligent, loyal resourceful. He did not use narcotics nor alcoholic beverages and he had the wholesome respect of his fellows. His character ~ was of the best, he had a keen intellect and he had a professional made him a fine teacher and coach. After graduating from the University of Kansas he served as coach and athletic director at ยป Kansas, High School, where his teams were out- standing. He later went to Marysville, Kansas, High School, where he accomplished outstanding success as a coach and teacher. i i : He was a fine example to the young men under him and he had the utmost respect of his colleagues on the faculty. I have followed this young man with a great deal of interest, and his professional work did he fail to give but the highest service and training.
