Thanks for your explanation of the N.C.A.A. financial

getup. I wasn't attempting to justify the "grab" on the basketball

playoff--- I didn't have enough information to know the N.C.A.A.

needs.

1 am in complete agreement with you that the "take" is

too great for a single event and believe I understand why--- from

your etplanation of the Olympics deal.

I've certainly enjoyed our correspondence on this and

have profited greatly from it. J believe we agree all down the line.
