Dear Dr. Allen:

Thank you for your good letter of October 13 which awaited
me on my return to the office this morning. I have been
home for several days nursing a cold, but thanks to
osteopathic treatments, am almost back to normal. Usually,
head colds I get are followed with a laryngitis, but I hope
this has been warded off this time as Dr. Larson, the
osteopath I go to gave mé several diathermy treatments to
my throat, which were administered through a collar wrapped
around my neck.

I showed him the Lang arch and foot normalizer and he is
going to recommend it to a patient of his who has had
considerable trouble with her feet.

Under separate cover I am mailing you a brochure describing
"Exercycle", and will appreciate hearing from you as to
whether you think it has any real merit. It sells for $298,
and I am wondering whether a better price could be gotten
through some of your friends.

Please do not go to any trouble, nor do anything that will in
