Deer Sir:

I have been instructed to contact you con-
cerning the possibility of scheduling a geme
with your club on one of the open dated on our
schedule, Sundsy, Mey 18 and Sundsy, June 8
ere both open. There sre severel vossible
dates open between Mey 1 end Mey 11 when our
leegue seeson opens, end we might be able to
work in & game on Mey 27 or May 28.

I thought thetiit might be possible to
play you @ game while you were on & trip to
play your regular league games, possibly with
Ckleahome University, thus cutting treveling
expenses by getting en extrs gate.

The Indevendence Ind&ans have always put
& strong team on the field, having won the
Southeast Kansas Division of the Ban Johnson
League four successive years; and it appears
that the teem for the coming yesr will be as
strong or stronger then in the past.

Please let me know whéther you are inter-
ested and how much guerantee you would re-
quire for the geme,.
