Dear Dr. Allen:

This is just a note to thank you again
for your fine talk to our Legion Baseball Players
last evening and to express again our appreciation
of your fine cooperation in coming down to help us
with this program,

With this fine start we have made along
this line, we believe we will make a meeting of this
kind just prior to the opening of the American Le gion
Junior Baseball Season an annual meeting. With our
experience of this meeting, we will have no trouble
in arranging this so that we will have 400 or 500 boys
present instead of the 75 or 100 we had last night,
we believe this meeting will develop into something
that will aid materially in promoting the kind of play
and sportsmanship we want to see in our American Legion
Junior Baseball League,
