This report deals with the suggested change in the height of the baskets and backboards. β€˜ _ Agitation for a change in the height of the goals was initiated by Dr. Forrest C. Allen of the University of Kansas. His suggestion β€” was a counter to the ss te eliminate the tip-off. The action in both of these instances was. brought. about ee the desire to equalize the alleged advantage of the tall sarae! ever the short one.
