December 15 from a Mr. Frank Brody of the Des Moines
Register and Tribune.

Mr. Brody proposes a book on Girls!
Basketball. On this subject, I am very interested,
both as to the number playing and its popularity.
It does not seem to me that girls would really
be sufficiently interested as boys would to buy
a book. However, [I am writing to ask your good
judgment.

Perhaps, too, you might know Mr. Brody
but anyway your thoughts will be most interesting
and helvful.
