Dear Dr. Allen:

I wish to thank you for your interest in
me and the notification of the openings at
Stanberry High School. I have written Mr. Haas
thanking him and informing him that I am inter-
ested in the vosition.

I have had Mr. Chandler forward my creden-
tials to the Stanberry High School and have
written the principal there to tell him of my
desire to make a personal application. I would
have gone immediately but conditions were such
that I could not go before Monday.

I also have been informed of an opening
at Lansing. I have sent my anplication to them
and intend to make a personal anplication there
on this same trip.
