Dear Sirs

For the past six weeks I have been layed up to
some extent with an injury to my sacra-ill-iac. At times it
bothers me so much as to hamper my duties as a flight instr-
uctor. Lt Kitts officer in charge of our athletic department
suggested that I get in touch with you and that perhaps you
may be able to straighten me out. It is convenient for me to

fly over to your office at almost any date, hopine to here from
