Day letter - collect April ‘10

The best we have at present is A 10 priority. However, our
bursar advises they are working on governmental material
plan, supposed to be operative in near future, Purchases
under this plan may receive AS2X. We could at present ask
for PD 1A priority but again bursar advises that even this
governmental play may be changed and they will have something
different. Our physical education department gives physical
conditioning for our various arms of the service but we have
never asked for priority for departmental orders. Please
write and advise me best methods to pursuee Karl Klooz is
our bursar. I would suggest you also write him. Kindest
