Dear Dr. allen:

~ eoulld proceed at once with the seeding of the athletic

_ field which was graded last fall. I have made an esti-

_ mate of the cost of seed on the basis of the recommenda-
tion of the Barteldes Seed Company and find there will
be required 750 pounds of Kentucky bluegrass seed at
_ 12 cents a pound and 150 pounds of rye grass seed at 73

over the entire field and planing it off level and roll-
ing it down. This seed should then be sown and probably
