Dear Dr. Allen:

With reference to the letter which Mr. H. V. Porter,
Secretary of the N.C.A.A. has sent out regard-
ing the meeting in March asking the members to
write to the Hotel Continental for rates, in
going over my notations regarding the meeting,
which we had, I have found that the rates
quoted were $2.50 single and $3.50 double.

However, I have requests from two of the officials,
Mr. John Brown.and Mr. J. W. Sinclair, in
which they state that Mr. Porter quoted them a:
special rate of $2.00 to apply to members of the
committee.
you please refresh your memory on this and con-
sult your notes so that we can get this matter
straightened out as quickly as possible.
