Dear Dre Allen:

I wish to thank you for your kind letter of October 12,

and for your visit while in Kansas City. I trust that some
arrangements may be made whereby the Hotel President will
be favored with some of the business listed in your letter.

I have spoken to Mr. Frank J. Dean, operator of the hotel,
end he stated we would be pleased to submit a price of

$1.50 per person for the meeting of the NATIONAL ATHLETIC
ASSOCIATION, March 22-23, all rooms being equipped with both
tub and shower and circulating ice water, and you may rest
assured we will do everything possible to see that they are
made comfortable.

Our hotel is of course in very close proximity to the
Municipal Auditorium where they are to play.

Relative to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BASKET BALL
COACHES, we submit a price of $3.00 per person for their
meeting March 28-30, and will give them all outside roomse

We shall be pleased to offer you a suite similar to the

one we showed you,for the duration of the meeting, with

the compliments of the hotel, end to President Be Te Glover
alsoe

The next time you are in Kansas City, I would appreciate
it should you stay with us as our guest. Before decision

ts made I trust the Hotel President will be given consider-
ation for this businesse
