Burt DeGroot just passed through on his way to
Lawrence. I feel sure that you are going to like him and
that he will work effectively in your organization. I do ,
not know whether I mentioned this fact to you before or not, 4
but Burt's greatest interest is in the field of administra-
tion. He did his thesis in this field under me. [I really ;
believe that he has something very worthwhile to contribute ’
for the benefit of the high schools in Kansas along this oe
line. I do not know who is teaching the course in admin-
istration there now but it may be possible that you will
want to use DeGroot's talents in this field.
