TO MANAGERS OF TOURNAMENT TEAMS;

The following information may be helpful to you
in handling the affairs of your squad and in giving you a
thorough understanding of the arrangements under which the
tournament is conducted. y

| 1. the tournament is under the management of the
N.C.A.A.¢ the -kxposition is merely acting as” Sponsor of the

events and has underwritten your traveling expensés as indic-
ated—below. WIn order that it may have a chance to break even

in the events and so that the N.C.A.A. may be able to write off

its promotional! expense, certain regulations h»ve been set up.

At the same time, we desire to make your stay in San—Prenctseo KC .
a pleasant one and relieve you of as much expense as possible.

2. Railroad and Pullman fare on an interméddiate § »

5. three dollars per day per man will be allowed
while the team is en route.

4. Five dollars per day per mmn will be allowed
whibe the team is in San—Freneiseo during ths period of the.

5. The total of this expense will be figured
immediately after the tournament and checks will be mailed
directly to your schools. If your cheeks shhold be made out~
in a particular way plesse provide that information before
you leave San Francisco.

ie 6. The Exposition will provide transportation
without expense to you to and from your gemes. Please let
us know your schedule as soon as possible so the service
can be prompt and efficient.

| 7. Hach member of the squad of fifteen will be
given two complimentary tickets for each night. Participant
passes and complimentary tickets will ,be delivered to you
