preparatory to issuing checks reinbyring the schools
for their expenses to the N.CeAsAe tournament in.

I am not sure whether you have figured your expense
account on the basis of twelve men or fifteon.e The |
camittee finally decided to allow expenses on fifteen
men since that was the number they figured on the east-
erm divieion play-off.

From the hotel room expense submitted it appears
that possibly the hotel charged you more than $1250
with the Continental and the Phillips llotels that they
were to give us this rate.

"E11 you please advise me in detail of the number
of men you had and rate paid the hotel per man?
