Associated Students University of Colorado WALTER B. FRANKLIN Graduate Manager Boulder, Colorado Apr. 8, 1940 Dr. Forrest Allen University of Kansas Lawrence, Kansas Dear Dr. Allen: Since submitting the expense account for the University of Colorado basketball party I am informed that instead of allowing expenses for twelve, the committee voted to allow expenses for fifteen. Inasmuch as we had fourteen in our party it would appear to me thet we are justified in amending the expense account which we submitted to you last week. On the basis of the report submitted, meals amounted to $20.00 per man and hotel $10.00 per man which would be a total of $30.00 each for the three extra persons, or $90.00. I believe that the item for incidentals, which I previously submitted, will be sufficient to take care of our extra ex- penses if you allow for fifteen when we had only fourteen in the party. Sincerely yours, Patten OA.41:. Walter B. Franklin WBF :C
