may automatically exter a university and play on the teem
in the same yeore i understand this is about the eame ruling
that the Pacific Coast Conference hate

However, as I understand it, this is the exception=
the boy does not have to declere his intention of soing to
that rarticular school. This mkes rather a “umting ground"
out of this Idind of a proposition. If a coach needs a star
player he can go out and get hime And this Indien is a real
