Dear "Doc:"

Thank you for the material on Okla-
homa A. & M. The junior college ruling for the
Missouri Valley Conference is the same as that
here on the Pacific Coast. No boy in our junior
colleges out here need declare his intention of
going to any particular university. The boy may
also compete immediately after his registration.

It has seemed to me that this has
been a very fair rule. The boys who have at-
tended junior colleges before going on to uni-
versities are in this way not penalized in their
athletic competition because of such scholastic
procedure. © |
